So recently I told you about my favorite at home workout, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I told you about the challenge I am giving my self and asked you all to join me. So for those of you that are wanting to join me, the challenge starts tomorrow!
Here is a refresher…30 days, that’s it. Of course I hope you will all continue on with it longer than that but for 30 days we are testing her program out. Ideally we would do it 5 days a week but shoot for at least 3. 3 workouts a week, and each workout is only 20 minutes long…I KNOW you can find time for that!
Stay away from the scale during this challenge (and always stay away!!). Take your measurements, shoot a before and after photo or just gauge things by how your clothes are fitting. Whatever you think will help keep you motivated and let you see the changes you have made in 30 days. Do it, I promise you will be glad you kept track!
So let’s do this! Start tomorrow and get 3 workouts in a week. Monday November 14 will be our completion date and it will be here before you know it. Don’t wait until the new year to become more healthy, start right now! When November the 14th rolls around you don’t want to be wishing you had started with us. Now is the perfect time to be healthier!
