Simple Healthy Rules

I don’t know how many of you have heard of “Feel Great In 8“? It’s get healthy challenge that goes for 3, 5 or 8 weeks, I think there is a cash incentive but not sure. I haven’t ever done this challenge but I think it is a great idea if you like something to help motivate you. It doesn’t focus on losing weight, it focuses on physical, mental and spiritual health. I look at their blog periodically, they have a lot of great things on there and some yummy looking healthier treats I want to try. I saw this on their Instagram account the other day and thought I would share. It makes being healthier so simple and easy to wrap your hand around! Anyway, check out their site if you want to do a challenge to help give you a jump start and make sure to remember these simple healthy rules! Maybe even write them on a paper and put them on your fridge as a good reminder for you every time that you open that fridge to eat!

LESS SODA, MORE WATER
LESS SUGAR, MORE FRUIT
LESS MEAT, MORE VEGGIES
LESS DRIVING, MORE WALKING
LESS WORRY, MORE SLEEP
LESS STRESS, MORE LAUGHTER
LESS WORDS, MORE ACTION

I don’t struggle with the first one, I don’t really like soda and I LOVE water. Weird one over here I know. 😛 But I will definitely be implementing all of these into my life. I think whatever you are trying to make better or where ever you are in your journey, all of these things will make life just that much better!
